Out of town but want to surprise someone? Need flowers urgently in a couple of hours? Or just want to order from the comfort of your sofa? Delivery is the reason we've become some people's "go-to florist". In this article we explain how it all works.

Delivery area

We deliver across the city of Zagreb and the surrounding municipalities. Our standard route covers:

  • All neighborhoods of Zagreb — from Gornji grad to Novi Zagreb, Sesvete, Maksimir, Trešnjevka, Trnje, Dubrava, Špansko, Stenjevec, Vrapče and more.
  • Surrounding area — Zaprešić, Velika Gorica, Samobor, Sveta Nedelja, Donja Stubica (other directions by arrangement).

For delivery outside these areas — there's almost always a way, just call us and we'll check the options.

Delivery times

We're open Monday to Saturday, 7:00–20:00. We deliver:

  • Same day — for orders received by 14:00. If something is more urgent, give us a call — we often manage even then.
  • Next day — always possible, the safest option if you want to be sure with timing.
  • For a specific date and time — order in advance and we plan it. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and corporate occasions.
  • Sundays and holidays — on request. Depends on the day and area, but we often manage.

Tip for a nicer surprise: if the recipient is at work, schedule delivery 30 minutes before the end of the workday — the flowers arrive fresh and the recipient doesn't have to carry them around all day.

How to order

You have three simple options:

1. By phone (fastest)

Call +385 1 2992-047 or +385 95 5309-214. Tell us:

  • Who the flowers are for and what for (birthday, wedding, apology…)
  • An approximate budget or the style you prefer (classic, modern, romantic…)
  • The recipient's address and phone number
  • Date and approximate time of delivery
  • What to write on the card, if you'd like to include one

Leave the rest to us. The best bouquets often come from a short conversation.

2. By email

Send your inquiry to cvjecarna.hilari@gmail.com with the same details. We'll reply with a suggestion, a photo of the bouquet and a price confirmation. This is a great way for orders placed in advance.

3. Through the contact form

The "Contact" section on our home page. Handy if you can't call right now.

4. In person at the shop

Koledinečka 4, Zagreb. We're open weekdays and Saturdays from 7:00 to 20:00. At the shop you can see the fresh selection in person, agree on an arrangement and — if you'd like — watch the bouquet being made.

Payment

You can pay:

  • Cash on collection or delivery
  • Bank transfer based on a quote/invoice (ideal for businesses)
  • Card at the shop

For corporate orders we issue R-1 invoices — write to us if you need accounting documents.

Freshness guarantee

Every morning we go to the market for fresh stems. That's why bouquets made by us last 7–14 days with proper care (also read our article Caring for cut flowers).

If a bouquet ever doesn't look as you'd expected at delivery — call us. We fix, replace, refund. Our 30-year reputation matters too much to allow an unhappy customer.

Special occasions — weddings and funerals

For weddings we handle the full floral preparation — bridal bouquet, corsages for guests, floral arches, decorations for the car and tables. It's ideal to arrange this 2–4 weeks in advance so we can plan colors, styles and logistics together.

For funerals we craft arrangements discreetly and quickly. We can deliver the arrangement directly to the cemetery or funeral home in Zagreb and the surrounding area. Call us — we take care of the timing and locations of delivery.
